Jeremy Cole

Lieutenant Jeremy M Cole is a native of Fayetteville, North Carolina.  He earned his B.A. in Political Science from Norfolk State University and was commissioned through the Hampton Roads NROTC program.

At sea, Lieutenant Cole first served as the Communications Officer, Network Security Officer, and Electrical Officer on USS Normandy (CG 60). There, he completed two deployments to the 2nd, 5th, and 6th Fleet Areas of Responsibility in support of Operation Inherent Resolve and NATO Trident Juncture.  He then served as the Navigator on USS Wichita (LCS 13) where he conducted two deployments and participated in numerous multinational exercises in the Caribbean Sea.

Ashore, Lieutenant Cole serves as an Instructor of Naval Science at the University of Kansas NROTC.

His awards include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal and Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (two awards) in addition to other campaign awards.
